The unique coil design allows KLD Hot Water Generator to carry the characteristics of small volume, light weight and small footprint.

Compared with other hot water boilers with the same capacity, its volume, weight and footprint are only 1/2 ~ 2/3.

The KLD Hot Water Generator is configured with PLC programmable control, equipped with touch screen HMI display, the generator can automatically start with a simple touch of button. The control system adopts high-quality global branded components.

Spiral coil heating surfaces are staggered with each other. In the coil, flue gas transverse scour, heat counterflow exchange with large heating area. It has high heat transfer coefficient but with small water capacity. It only takes 3 minutes to provide hot water with rated temperature from cold start.

The burner adopts similar technology of a Clayton Steam Generator, with high combustion efficiency and full modulation. The harmful gas in the flue gas discharged is far lower than the required national standard. It is perfectly combined with the body to function its high efficiency and environmental protection performance. The true operating thermal efficiency of the integrated generator can reach up to ≥ 95%.

The unique structure of once through coil overcomes the major defects of natural circulation boilers which have tube plate cracking problems due to metal fatigue, stress and corrosion. Our structure also effectively eliminates the accident possibilities caused by water shortage in the drum. Moreover, it also clears off the failure of long-time vacuum maintains happened in vacuum hot water boilers.

The KLD hot water generator is equipped with multiple protections on combustion, feed/ return water pressure, feed/ return water temperature, coil wall temperature, etc., so that the boiler can operate safely and reliably.
