Taking a 10t/hr steam boiler as an example, the footprint a KLD product is only 1 / 3 the size of any traditional boilers, with only 1/10 water capacity, making it very safe.
KLD eliminates the stereotype that the water quality of a water tube boiler is high. For example, a Japanese M brand natural circulation water type boiler has an extremely strict water requirement, if operator or client do not use a lot of their chemicals, scaling will quickly lead to tube explosion. Clayton/KLD is different from all-natural circulation water tube boilers: It adopts the forced circulation technology by having high-speed water flow, which makes scaling within the coils unlikely. We system also comes with a separator producing 99.5% dry steam. Under the normal water supply, our blowdown rate is only 0.5%.
With capacity from 2t/h to 60t/h, steam pressure from 0.4MPa to 32.0MPa and overheating temperature of up 600 ℃, making Clayton/KLD’s E Series Steam Generator the most vesitile steam system on the market.
